Work Description :
• Updating Manpower list on Daily basis & providing manager with daily summary Report indicating the location of each employee and the General status.
• Timely and accurate recording of all exceptions to the employee\'s normal hours of duty.
• Ensuring that employees have attested to the accuracy of their current pay period\'s time and attendance. If the employee is not available prior to the approval of the time and attendance, attestation shall be documented as soon thereafter as possible.
• Ensuring that all entries for overtime and compensatory time earned have been approved, and totals are correct before certification and approval.
• Compiles employees\' time and production records, using computer: Reviews timesheets, workcharts, and timecards for completeness after receiving all timecards from various projects then entry on ERP.
• Coordinating with supervisors in the project to submit monthly report and compare it with data that will be reversed via system. Coordinating also with them to submit the report as scheduled to avoid any delay enable employees to get salary on time.

• Uploading, downloading and updating data on (AMS) Time& attendance system. Absence, sick leave. Annual leave and no Gate Pass to be updated on daily basis then punch report to be given to site assistant to compare it with daily progress report prepared by supervisors to find out any discrepancies.
• Using Oracle (ERP) to prepare timesheet. Also T& A system is used to prepare timesheet. Using ERP to enter data man hours manually on ERP then there will be a compare between data on ERP and AMS and it will be through timesheet data migration from T&A system to ERP OTL.
• Coordinating with other projects to follow up timesheets status for employees from which and to which employees transferred. Avoid any fail to enable all employees get salaries without any delay.
• Coordinating with PSCD (Budget) Cost Center regarding tasks and activities selected by the concerned person at the site who is preparing the report to reverse before entering data on ERP. As we have to make sure every employee is working in the right place and does the right activity to enable PSCD have more control by putting working hours as it should be.
• Submitting attendance and absence repot to Site HR Officer on weekly basis to take the necessary action against absentee employees following Kuwait Labor Law for consecutive and non-consecutive absence days.
• Be always in touch with concerned accountant for all matters related to salaries, Resignation, Termination….etc to enable all employees at the project get salary as scheduled and avoid any delay.
• Revising all documents submitted and received from Head Office and updating all records.
• Interacting with Administration Department to solve all matters related to vacation Overdue, Passport Overdue, salary certificate……etc. also to reply all mails sent from their side and provide a valid reason for any inquiries.
• Filling up application form for new joined/hired employees and submitting to HRD to complete. Preparing salary certificate requests, Bank declaration form for those employees who want to transfer their account, passport request….etc.
• Having the ways of management and control by guding staff working under my supervision and solving all obstacles and problems which we may face during our work.
• Performing all administrative jobs whenever necessary without any delay and helping customer to finalize transaction and their needs to be responded.
• Be in touch always with all departments to avoid any delay.
• Working as adminstrator and office unit head posses all qualities of the leader.
