• Checking on the goods transferred from the store to the branches • follow up the free goods • Manage, recording the accounting entries for purchases(Purchases-Free goods- Discount AIDS) • Manage accounts payable • Preparing checks (normal payments – urgent payments) • Make the debit/credit note - Customer service- Manage, recording the entries for suppliers (AP) • Recording and review cash accounts and E-sales • Prepare bank reconciliation • Generate the entries for cash(cash-E-sales-Deposit-shareholders).
