July 2011 – To date. Working for M.H. Alshaya Co. As a Head Cashier and Cash office in charge at DEAN & DELUCA Store.

 Maintaining high standards of customer service by implementing customer service policy.
 Scheduling the staff in order to meet the normal and peak time business demands.
 Training old and new staff, motivating and problem solving of the staff, to be highly productive.
 Documentation; Attendance sheet, Absent Report, Performance Notice, etc.
 Banking & Cash collections.
