Kharafi National Company, Unit Head, Kuwait, 2008 to Present
Responsible for monitoring and distribution of fixed assets within all projects, while maintaining strict inventory control. Additional duties include:
o Complete regular inspection on projects to ensure assets remain in place as per directives, while ensuring there is no unused assets on site.
o Supervise warehouse staff and inventory, maintain quality control, and eliminate unnecessary costs by ensuring proper monitoring and distribution of all fixed assets.
o Control costs by securing most competitive bids on furniture while building strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
o Provide vision and leadership and set direction for unit activities, plan priorities, and workflows. Establish, revise, and implement policies and procedures.
o Monitors, analyzes, evaluates, and communicates staffing, space, equipment, and fiscal needs of the unit. Manages the general budget for the unit.

Aknan Global Development, Facilities Manager, Kuwait, 2006 – 2008
Responsible for supervising daily maintenance, preventative maintenance, organizing and completing projects within and between numerous subsidiaries including: health clubs, residential and commercial property. Additional duties included:
o Schedule project timelines, overtime to ensure adequate personnel present to complete projects.
o Directed completion of repairs, covering emergency breakdowns and long term repairs, follow through on all repairs, verifying results.
o Streamline processes and procedures so that all service levels were met with regarding internal and external customer expectations.

o Responsible for downloading all codes for production of Stamps for Canada Post while performing quality control inspections on stamps being manufactured before distribution. Specialized in operating “Seven/Ten Color machinery” necessary for the production of stamps.
