My name is Ehab I have been working in filed of customer services and call center for almost 11 years.
I start as a Customer Service Representatives then call center supervisor then call center senior supervisor
Currently am call center Service Delivery Coach responsible for designing and implementing strategy that enhances the overall customer contact experience on inbound or outbound inquiries. I manage effectively a group of five call Center Team leader and Phone Officers to deliver the overall superior service and sales cycle management for the inbound or outbound team. responsible for re engineering the processes as required, setting up quality service goals, measurement systems, Managing overall the customer experience and Manages day to day inbound operations with the objective of developing the required staff to a level where they can consistently meet their objectives and delivering gold standard customer service.
