JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Daily supervision of operators in the area through effective communication and team meeting \\ briefing as required.
• Co – ordination with internal departments – packaging, warehouse, dispensary, engineering , Q.C. & personal to ensure effective operation of the area and its equipment
• Compilation of data related to department efficiency and performance for man power, equipment and products.
• Release of areas for production activities through cleaning approval.
• Authorization to proceed with production on product start-ups.
• Identification and organization of training needs for personnel within the area.
• Technical input regarding daily problems solving in the Manufacturing area.
• Preparation of S.O.P.S, supply Requests and Job Orders for Engineering Works.
• Appraisal and feedback of operator\'s performance in the area through daily supervision.
• Maintaining GMP conditions in the area to comply with internal and external standards.
• Maintaining safety standards in the area.
• Maintenance of staff discipline and morale to achieve required results.
• Liaison with Production Manager to maintain and improve operating conditions.
• Assignment of specific daily duties to staff.
