PROFILE

Mr. Ehab Kamal Abd-Elhady is a Project Manager / Resident Engineer with 25 years’ service record of working for construction (multi-disciplinary) projects of various types like projects including Oil & Gas Plants, Mechanical Installation, Major Power Stations, Waste water Plants and wide range utilities and administration projects. His abilities are always focused on achieving company’s requirements using creative and efficient methods. His quick innovation to different systems, sectors and technologies is an asset to his capabilities. During his involvement, his contribution to the Project’s success has always been highly acknowledged locally and internationally.

Mr. Abd-Elhady responsibilities include representing the organization, enhancing relationships in dealings with client, consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure all agreements are implemented, managing projects within budget, guidelines, statutory requirements and Company procedures, ensuring compliance with HSE policies and lastly to the customer’s satisfaction .

They also include managing different resources to achieve contract completion within budget, time and quality measures, identifying the skills of competent personnel & ensuring that they are utilized to achieve the project requirements.

He is supported by his good awareness of contract administration, knowledge of FIDIC, International standards, contract conditions and latest computerized project control software.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE), 1990, Major:
 Civil Engineering department, Zagazig University, Egypt.

• Training courses for Claims and Disputes in the construction industry.
 ( The American University of Cairo Jan. 2003 ).
• Training courses for Comparative Arbitration.
 ( The American University of Cairo Jan. 2003 ).
• Training courses in Total Quality Management TQM. including ISO 9000-2000 standards
 ( In House Training – MSD Cairo Aug. 2002 ).
• Training courses for International Project Management Certificate –Grade B.
 ( In House Training – MSD Cairo Sep. 2001 ).
• Training Courses for “Site Progress Reports Preparation & Techniques ”
