Process Engineer ,( Intelligent LOOP (ILOOP) System) in Manifa Field
Fully Automated Closed Loop Treatment System with Zero H2S Discharge

1. Safely process Manifa well flow back fluids to acceptable GOSP criteria
2. Process well fluids to ensure continuously high flow back rates up to 6,000 barrels per day
3. Remove H2S contained gases and scavenge dissolved H2S content in the oil phase
4. Stabilize the oil to remove gases
5. Ensure oil safe for tanker truck transport
6. Eliminate inefficient flaring

Technical Experience :

• Preparing the specification sheets of pumps, heat exchanger equipments and, compressors
• Monitoring the Units daily performance and provide advices for the operation team
• Planning and coordination between maintenance and operation sections. Report and arrange with maintenance crew for equipment maintenance and any equipment failure
• Training courses preparation for new stuff of operators and engineers.
• Following and Adjusting Operating conditions, Product specifications and calculating rates of chemical injection.
• Preparing calculation and calibration tables for crude & products tanks
• Preparing the studies for using natural gas as a fuel instead of fuel oil
• Contributing in preparing a study for automatic fire fighting system design for gasoline tanks. Familiar with related standard and codes
• Preparing data base for all equipments in the Atmospheric distillation units.
• Making overall mass balance for atmospheric distillation units
• Operation I loop system for H2S Removal for Manifa field in Saudi Aramco
