o HR Policy and Procedures Manual (PPM) including Forms.
o Administration Policy & Procedures Manual (PPM) , Which includes procurement policy, maintenance & services, company security , fixed assets process, document control, hospitality and other services, external vendors management, communication services, printing press services.
o Company / departmental Manpower planning .
o Manage recruitment, promotion and transfer processes for all positions .
o Proficiency in the application of labor law.
o Staff annual leaves Plan .
o Company dept. budget.
o HR Budget.
o Training plan.
o Travel policy.
o Evaluation system.
o Grading structure and salaries.
o Administrative investigation.
o Memo and Admin order.
o Organizing the process of annual stocktaking for stores in addition to sharing and supervising
Annual stocktaking.
o Follow up the insurance for company possessions & staff.
o Follow up all external contracts for all the companies.
o Follow up company lawyer office in cases from or against the company. suggesting some ideas
or commenting on legal memos .
o Contingency plan.
o Doing all work related to the Payroll.
o Good relationship with the staff of all Ministries.

Follow up all works with the representatives company in Ministries in Kuwait ( Mandop - The Delegate).
