Very good English Very good at computer skills Very good administrator I have 14 years experience in many sectors like Overseas projects - Marketing & E-Marketing-Sales - Customer care - Import and Export – Public relations - Logistics background – Shipping External - HR (Rock– Rock factory For Men\'s Leather Shoes-Cairo -Egypt) From SEP’06 – until AUG 2012 Marketing for international markets Import & Export Management Part one in this job: • Worked in International Marketing and Export department. • Market factory products in external markets ( Europe , Africa & Middle East ) • Open new markets & new selling channels. • Design and organized factory products pictures in E-Catalogs & Web albums. • Publish all factory products on most of trade website on internet with good articles • Handle meetings & finish off deals with local marketing companies to market and publish our products • Conclude deal with logistics companies & couriers • Supply clients with all information\'s and catalogs to get know all specification & designs of factory products via e-mails, fax, courier……..and send them samples in case they ask for. • Update all new products to all contacts list via e-mail . • Take orders from clients and organized , makes invoices , received money transfer • Coordinate with Production manager for order details, delivery time, packing ……. • Handle shipping, official papers of shipment, delivery to sea port or air port of client\'s country. • Meeting foreigner\'s clients in office for business discussions. • Coordinate with factory department any special products our clients seek for. • File everything related with factory clients in separate folder with client\'s history, business discussions & full information. • Keep in touch with all good clients in all occasions. Part Two in this job: • Worked as Import department Manger • Dealing & cooperating with good suppliers from China, Asia, and Italy • Travel outside to close deals and for purchases. • Conclude contracts between factory and suppliers in case they need to. • Supplying factory with all raw materials , spare parts , tools, machine\'s they ask for after complete all specifications and technical information\'s with best cost & best quality • Handel all shipping steps and import papers with best cost & best service. • Follow shipments until arrive and pass customs house using best team in this field • Inspect import goods and lift up full report with total cost of transaction. • File everything related with suppliers & imported goods in separate folder with history, business discussions & full information.  لمشاهدة المزيد من اعلانات الوظائف .. اضغط هنا
