Duties & Responsibilities:

- Entering the daily records on computer programme
- Follow up petty cash accounts
- Check the invoices of cash & credit sale
- Follow up accounts receivable with customers and collectors
- Maintain supplier accounts and follow up payments status
- Doing reconciliation of debtors & creditors accounts
- Prepare and review monthly salaries lists
- Follow up bank statements
- Prepare monthly sales statements and profit / losses statements
- Making statement of accounts
- Preparing daily deposits bank (cash / cheque)
- Having 3- year experience to preparing trial balance sheet with Rodel international audit .
- Any other assignments
